At Soaring Skills LLC, we specialize in providing comprehensive advocacy and support for families navigating school-related challenges, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 Plans. Our founder, Kasie, brings over a decade of experience in Special Education and a personal understanding of the complexities involved in these processes.
Kasie’s journey began as a parent of a child with an IEP. Feeling lost and overwhelmed during her son’s first IEP meeting, she realized the need for clear guidance and support. With the help of her colleagues and extensive research into DPI guidelines and case laws, she educated herself. She went back to college and became a Special Education teacher. Now, with her wealth of knowledge and experience, Kasie is dedicated to helping other parents who find themselves in similar situations.
At Soaring Skills LLC, we are passionate about advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves. We aim to empower parents with the information and support they need to confidently navigate the educational system and ensure their children receive the appropriate services and accommodations.
